Welcome!
The Seven Hills Swim and Dive League has been operating for over 50 years and is comprised of six teams located on the east side of Cincinnati, Ohio. We offer a fun learning environment and competition for all levels of swim and dive. Swimmers and divers must be 18 years or younger by June 1st and must be members of their clubs to compete.
